OPEC keeps Russia’s 2016 oil output forecast at 10.74 mln bpd
MOSCOW, Feb 10 (PRIME) -- OPEC has retained its forecast for Russia’s daily oil output at 10.74 million barrels in 2016, according to a report published Wednesday.
The country’s daily oil output will amount to 10.79 million barrels in January–March, 10.71 million barrels in April–June, 10.69 million barrels in July–September, and 10.77 million barrels in October–December.
In 2015, Russia produced 10.8 million barrels of oil per day, OPEC said.
OPEC also expects the global oil demand to be 94.21 million barrels a day in 2016, which is by 40,000 barrels per day higher than the previous forecast.
In 2015, the global oil demand amounted to 92.96 million barrels per day.
